The Home of Tax Free Asskicking

Cartoon violence | Feb 10th 2006

Michelle Malkin’s orgasm over the muslim cartoon riots shows no sign of abating. Frankly, I find the right wing’s free speech outrage to be pretty disingenuous. Fighting for free speech only counts if you disagree with what’s being said. Malkin is not offended by the Muhammed/bomber cartoons. Let’s see how she likes these apples!

 Jihad against Sonobovich!

Wingnut-bashing aside, I totally support Denmark. They have nothing to apologize for. After the snowstorm, I’m buying some Havarti.

Good point, and closely related to the fact that the right to freedom of speech is *only* for speech that is generally detested. You don’t need a free speech right for bland, uncontroversial speech.

I’ve been looking for the source of a quote attributed to Voltaire, ‘When a person loses his sense of humour he soon becomes ridiculous.’ (Maybe if I read French?)

    I don’t use email.
